Quantum pricing

Price the workflow, access, and operating scope clearly.

Quantum pricing reflects the products deployed, number of rooftops and users, inventory and opportunity volume, communication usage, CRM connection, implementation requirements, and support level.

Clear platform scope. Clear included usage. Clear implementation assumptions.

Pricing structures on this page are current as of July 30, 2026. Rates, allowances, and terms are confirmed in a written proposal.

Questions

Pricing FAQ.

Why is some pricing custom?+

CRM vendors, rooftop count, connection methods, communication volume, workflows, and implementation requirements vary materially by dealership.

Can we buy one Quantum product?+

Yes, when the required data, permissions, and workflow can operate safely as a standalone deployment.

Is a pilot required?+

Not always, but a controlled pilot is recommended when the integration, agent authority, or operating workflow has not been proven in that dealership environment.

Are third-party fees included?+

The proposal should identify each included, passed-through, or customer-direct third-party cost.

Do you offer annual pricing?+

Monthly and annual options, any discount, payment terms, renewal, and cancellation policy are published here once approved. Until then they are confirmed in your proposal.

Can Quantum guarantee ROI?+

No. Quantum can define the baseline, measurement method, operating assumptions, and decision criteria. Business results depend on the dealership environment and execution.
