Copyright complaints and takedown process.

Quantum Connect AI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects customers to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Use of the platform is also governed by our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

A valid notice must include all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it, including the URL.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Incomplete notices may delay our review.

Send notices to legal@quantumconnectai.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice", or by mail to Quantum Connect AI, LLC, 1120 S Rackham Way, Suite 300, Meridian, ID 83642.

If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the same address. It must identify the removed material and its prior location, include your contact information, and include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, along with your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district.

Accounts that repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others may be suspended or terminated in accordance with the Terms of Service.
