Same process at every store,
proven at one first

Groups do not have a technology problem, they have a consistency problem. Quantum Connect AI runs the same lead process at each rooftop and reports it the same way, without pretending your stores are identical.

Built for more than one rooftop

What group leadership actually gets

Not another dashboard. The same activity record at every store, with the same definitions behind it.

Rooftop by rooftop

Each store keeps its own inventory feed, its own CRM connection, and its own team. Nothing is forced into one shared account.

One activity record

Messages, appointments, consent state, and outcomes are written back to each store CRM, so group reporting reads the same events the store does.

Approval on file per store

Inventory posts only after that rooftop authorizes the feed in writing. A group agreement does not silently switch on a store that has not signed.

Comparable numbers

Response time, appointments set, confirmation and show rate, handoff acceptance, opt-out rate. Same definitions at every store.

People stay in charge

Handoff rules are set per store. The assistant goes quiet the moment a salesperson takes the conversation.

Connector status you can read

Every integration is published with its real state: live, pilot, or planned. Our connector ledger is public rather than promised on a call.

Rollout

One store, then the group

We would rather prove it at one rooftop than sign a group and disappoint five.

  1. 01

    Start with one rooftop

Pick the store with the messiest lead flow. Connect its inventory feed and CRM, and run the full loop there first.

  2. 02

    Agree on the definitions

Before rollout, we fix what counts as a response, an appointment, and a clean handoff, so store two is comparable to store one.

  3. 03

Add stores on the same template

Each new rooftop reuses the same field mapping and guardrails, with its own written posting authorization and its own CRM connection.

  4. 04

    Review at group level

One view of response time, appointments, and handoff quality across rooftops, built from CRM records rather than self-reported activity.

Group questions

Straight answers

Do all our stores need the same CRM?+

No. Connections are per rooftop. VinSolutions and DealerSocket run as dealer-authorized bridges today, Elead is in pilot, and DMS connections are planned rather than available. The published connector status page always shows the current state.

Can we start with one store?+

That is what we recommend. Run one rooftop through the full loop, hold it to the agreed numbers, then decide about the rest of the group.

How is a store approved for Marketplace posting?+

An authorized manager at that rooftop approves the inventory feed in writing, naming the accounts that will post. The feed into Quantum is one-way and read-only.

What certifications do you hold?+

None yet. There is no completed SOC 2 Type II audit, no ISO 27001 certification, and no published third-party penetration test. The compliance page lists the controls that are implemented today and the gaps that are not.

Start with your hardest store

Pick the rooftop with the worst follow-up.

We will run one lead source and one CRM there, and report the numbers you can hold us to.
