We connect inventory, buyer conversations, human sales activity, and CRM outcomes without replacing the dealership's existing systems. Primary products include Hannah (buyer-facing voice and chat), Marketplace Engine, CRM Intelligence, and Sales Coach. We work with franchised and independent dealerships and multi-rooftop dealer groups. Quantum Connect AI is based in Meridian, Idaho.

How does Hannah work on voice and chat?

Accepted Answer

Hannah is your dealership's buyer-facing agent on voice and chat. She works inside a governed opportunity with persistent context: verified inventory, approved CRM facts, dealership rules, buyer consent, and explicit human ownership. She answers on approved channels, qualifies, books appointments from verified availability, and writes results back to your CRM only when the write is confirmed. When a salesperson takes the thread, she steps back. She does not invent price, credit, trade value, or availability.

Can I customize how Hannah responds to customers?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within dealership identity and policy. During onboarding she learns how your store talks: greeting, terms you use, topics she must escalate, quiet hours, channels, and rescue rules. Your BDC manager can approve messages before she goes solo. She does not get free rein to invent price, credit, or trade numbers. Those stay with your desk.

Who is Quantum built for?

Quantum is built for automotive retail: franchised and independent dealerships, multi-rooftop dealer groups, BDCs, and internet or sales managers. The workflows we support run from inventory to inquiry to appointment to CRM handoff. We lead exclusively with dealerships, not generic service verticals.

What is included in implementation?

Accepted Answer

Implementation covers production readiness for your rooftop: system discovery, field mapping, dealer authorization, connector setup, policy and agent configuration, writeback validation, consent and ownership testing, pilot launch, monitoring, documentation, and team enablement. How is billing handled for voice and messaging usage?

Accepted Answer

Usage categories such as voice minutes, phone numbers, SMS and MMS, email, and AI usage are itemized in your proposal: what is included, what is passed through, and what creates an overage. Text and phone carrier usage is billed at cost when volume goes past what is included; pass-throughs show as their own line. Rates and allowances are confirmed in a written proposal, not a public per-minute card. Details: Pricing.

Do I need technical expertise to use the system?

No. You keep the CRM and inventory tools you already use. Quantum handles the connection, policy configuration, and onboarding. Managers and salespeople work from familiar CRM records and transcripts, no second shadow CRM for day-to-day ownership. Support is human, from our team in Meridian, Idaho. DMS connections are not available yet; we say that up front on Day 1.

How long does implementation take?

There are two clocks. Time to working leads is about two weeks on the standard ramp (inventory connected Day 1, tone training by Day 3, full desk by Day 14). Time to measured pilot evidence is typically 60 to 90 days under a controlled pilot: one rooftop, one source, one CRM path, one workflow, one measurable result. See Pricing for pilot scope.

Can I cancel at any time?

For a single rooftop, agreements are month-to-month and you can stop with no notice. Dealer group agreements are written to the scope you ask for. Implementation fees, renewal, and cancellation terms are as stated in your signed proposal. See Pricing and ask for the current contracting documents.

Do you offer volume or multi-rooftop pricing?

Multi-rooftop and Dealer Group deployments are scoped under a custom enterprise agreement. Monthly and annual options, any discount, payment terms, renewal, and cancellation policy are confirmed in your written proposal until published on Pricing. What makes Quantum Connect AI different?

We were built by dealership operators for rooftops, not a generic tech vendor. Hannah works for your team, not around it: verified inventory, explicit human ownership, and CRM writeback only when confirmed. Quantum does not replace your CRM. We publish only named, dated, method-described, dealer-approved references, and we have none on the site yet until a store approves theirs. Human support is based in Meridian, Idaho.

What platforms do you integrate with?

Quantum connects dealership CRM, inventory, communications, calendar, and lead sources through documented methods: certified APIs, dealer-authorized APIs, webhooks, ADF/XML, managed feeds, and scheduled exports. Automotive CRM targets include VinSolutions, DealerSocket, and Elead; capability and status (Certified, Live, Pilot, Dealer-Authorized Bridge, Planned) are published per connector. See Integrations and Integration Status. Capability depends on the CRM and connection method. DMS is not available yet.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term contract for a single rooftop. It is month to month and you can stop with no notice. Dealer group agreements are written to the scope you ask for.

Do we have to change our CRM?

Accepted Answer

No. Hannah works with the CRM you already use. Appointments and notes write back into it so your team never has to check a second screen for ownership.

What is not included in the monthly price?

Accepted Answer

Text and phone carrier usage is billed at cost when your volume goes past what is included. Anything passed through is shown as its own line, never buried. Your proposal lists included usage, overages, and third-party fees separately. See Pricing.

How long before Hannah is working leads?

Accepted Answer

Two weeks. We connect your inventory on day one, train her on how your store talks by day three, and she is in the rotation by day fourteen.

Does Hannah replace our BDC or salespeople?

Accepted Answer

No. She covers the hours and follow-up your people cannot get to, and she steps back the second a salesperson picks up the thread. Your team keeps the relationship, judgment, negotiation, and dealership decisions.

What happens if she does not know an answer?

Accepted Answer

She hands it to a human. She never runs credit, never numbers a trade, never negotiates price, and never answers a legal question.

What does Hannah never do?

Accepted Answer

Hannah never runs credit or quotes approval odds. She never negotiates, discounts, or changes a price, that belongs to your desk. She never numbers a trade; she collects trade details and books the appraisal. She never answers legal questions (warranty law, contracts, disclosures), those go to your managers. She never invents vehicle, pricing, finance, appointment, or dealership facts, and she never contacts a buyer after opt-out.

Will she negotiate price or quote payments?

Accepted Answer

No. Hannah has no pricing authority. She may communicate dealership-approved facts from an authorized source, but she does not infer approval, credit tier, lender decision, or payment outcome.

Can she post our inventory?

Accepted Answer

Yes, through Marketplace Engine merchandising. Cars are posted with your manager's written approval and staff accounts framing. She writes listings from the real car, refreshes them, and pulls them down when sold. She never sets or changes a price; she posts what your desk decided. See Marketplace Engine.

How do handoffs work?

Ownership is explicit. When a human accepts the opportunity, Hannah goes quiet (Human Owned). The handoff package includes buyer and contact, vehicle of interest, conversation summary, open questions, appointment status, consent and preferred channel, recommended next action, and response deadline. A sent alert is not the same as an accepted handoff. She may re-enter only under an approved rescue rule.

Is Hannah a chatbot?

Accepted Answer

No. Hannah is a governed buyer-facing lifecycle agent. She uses persistent opportunity context, approved tools, dealership rules, consent, and explicit ownership rather than responding to isolated prompts.

Question 24

Do you publish customer results or references?

Accepted Answer

Only named, dated, method-described, dealer-approved references. We do not publish invented dealership names, quotes nobody said, or numbers without the store and the window they came from. We have no published dealer references yet. When the first store approves theirs, it appears on the site with the name attached.

How do you handle consent, quiet hours and opt-outs?

Outbound is gated before it is sent. Consent is checked, quiet hours and frequency caps are enforced, opt-out requests are honoured immediately, and every send is logged with the reason it was allowed. The Trust Center and Compliance pages set out the standard we operate against.

Do buyers know they are talking to AI?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Hannah identifies herself as an assistant for the dealership, and disclosure wording is configured per rooftop to match your policy and applicable state rules.
