Rules of the road for using the platform.

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) explains what you can and cannot do with the Quantum Connect AI platform, website, and related services (the "Service"). It supplements the Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. By using the Service you agree to follow it.

Quantum Connect AI, LLC operates out of Meridian, Idaho. The Service is intended for lawful business use only.

• Provide accurate registration and billing information.
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.
• Use the Service only for lawful business purposes.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including the TCPA, A2P 10DLC messaging rules, CAN-SPAM, and any state-level equivalents.
• Obtain and maintain valid consent from every contact you message, call, or record through the Service.
• Honor opt-outs, do-not-call requests, and revocations of consent promptly.

You will not use the Service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
• Send unsolicited marketing (spam) via SMS, iMessage, email, or voice, including to purchased or scraped lists.
• Impersonate any person or organization or misrepresent your affiliation with them.
• Send content that is fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, threatening, hateful, or sexually explicit, or that promotes self-harm or violence.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or content that harms devices, networks, or data.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, our infrastructure, or other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service, or run load, penetration, or vulnerability tests without our written permission.
• Use Voice AI or automated messaging in a way that hides that it is automated where the law requires disclosure, or that records calls without the consent required by applicable state law.
• Promote content or industries that our carrier and messaging partners prohibit (for example: illegal drugs, unlicensed firearms sales, adult content, gambling where not licensed, high-risk financial schemes).
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without a written reseller agreement.

You keep ownership of the customer data you bring into the Service. You are responsible for having the legal right to collect, store, and process that data, and for classifying sensitive information appropriately.

Do not upload payment card data, government-issued identifiers, health information, or other regulated data categories into fields not designed for them.

Consistent with our Terms & Conditions, we may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. Depending on severity we may:

• Contact you and ask for the offending activity to stop.
• Temporarily throttle, pause, or restrict specific features (for example, outbound calling or messaging).
• Suspend or terminate the account, immediately and without prior notice for serious or repeated violations, as permitted by the Terms.
• Cooperate with law enforcement or third parties when legally required.

You remain responsible for fees accrued before suspension or termination, as described in the Terms & Conditions.

If you use Quantum Connect AI to send SMS, MMS, or automated voice messages to consumers, you are the sender of record and you carry the compliance obligation for those messages.

• Collect express written consent before the first message, using a clearly worded opt-in that names your dealership, describes the message types, and states that message frequency varies and that message and data rates may apply.
• Keep consent evidence for every contact, including the timestamp, the exact disclosure wording shown, the source of the opt-in, and the identifiers captured with it.
• Never buy, rent, scrape, or share opt-in lists. Consent is not transferable between dealerships, rooftops, or brands.
• Keep marketing and non-marketing consent separate. Never treat a service or appointment opt-in as permission to send promotional messages.
• Honor STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT immediately, and support HELP with your dealership name and a contact method.
• Identify your dealership in the first message of every conversation and disclose automated messaging where the law requires it.
• Respect quiet hours and applicable state calling and texting restrictions, and check federal and state do-not-call lists where they apply.
• Register and maintain accurate A2P 10DLC brand and campaign details, and keep the sample messages you register matching what you actually send.
• Do not send prohibited content categories through messaging, including regulated financing claims you cannot substantiate.
• Provide consent records to us within five business days if a carrier, regulator, or complaint requires proof.

We may pause or suspend messaging for an account with elevated opt-out rates, carrier violations, or unverifiable consent, as described in Enforcement above.

We may update this AUP as laws, carrier rules, and Service capabilities evolve. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised AUP.
