Quantum Marketplace Engine

Turn live inventory into
attributable buyer opportunities.

Listings are posted by named dealership employees from their own accounts under written manager approval, fed by a read-only import of your inventory. Quantum maintains the listing lifecycle, captures buyer inquiries, and carries each opportunity into Hannah, human handoff, and CRM writeback.

Dealer-authorized inventory. Governed distribution. Buyer response. CRM outcome.

  • AvailableDeployed and in production use.
  • PilotRunning in controlled deployments.
  • BridgeDealer-authorized connection method.
  • PlannedScoped, not yet deployed.
Inventory becomes demand

Marketplace is not the final product. It is where the opportunity begins.

A listing alone does not create dealership value. The value appears when accurate inventory reaches the right channel, a buyer responds, the conversation is worked, a salesperson takes ownership, and the result is recorded. Quantum connects that complete path.

  • Accurate Inventory

Current vehicle, price, photos, mileage, availability, and dealership disclosures.

  • Controlled Distribution

Approved listing workflows with account, channel, volume, and policy controls.

  • Attributed Inquiry

Every buyer message remains connected to the vehicle, source, salesperson, and dealership.

  • Worked Opportunity

Hannah, the salesperson, Coach, and the CRM continue the same opportunity history.

Feed to outcome

One controlled workflow from vehicle data to CRM result.

  1. 01

    Connect the feed

Quantum receives an approved dealership inventory feed or scheduled inventory source.

  2. 02

    Normalize the vehicle

VIN, stock number, year, make, model, trim, mileage, price, photos, availability, and disclosures become one canonical vehicle record.

  3. 03

    Validate the listing

Quantum checks required fields, pricing, photo quality, disclosures, channel rules, and duplicate risk before publication.

  4. 04

    Distribute inventory

Approved listings publish through the configured channel workflow with account and volume controls.

  5. 05

    Maintain the lifecycle

Vehicle changes, price updates, sold status, expiration, renewal, errors, and removal remain visible and auditable.

  6. 06

    Capture the inquiry

The buyer, vehicle, source, channel, salesperson, and conversation are connected to one opportunity.

  7. 07

    Work the buyer

Hannah responds under dealership rules and current inventory context.

  8. 08

    Hand off and write back

A human accepts ownership, Coach supports the next move, and durable activity returns to the CRM.

How posting is authorized

Nothing posts until your manager approves it in writing.

Marketplace policy matters to your store, so here is the exact mechanism rather than a vague promise.

A manager signs first

An authorized sales manager at the rooftop approves inventory posting in writing, naming the dealership and the accounts that will post. Nothing goes live before that.

Listings come from your own people

Vehicles are posted by named dealership employees from their own Marketplace accounts, the way the platform permits. Quantum does not post from a business page, does not create accounts, and does not use automation to get around platform access controls. Hannah works the buyer replies those listings produce.

The feed is one-way

We request your inventory management system, a contact at that provider, and your approval to start a read-only import. Quantum receives inventory. It does not write into your inventory system.

Posted in the windows buyers shop

Listings go up in three daily windows, morning, lunch, and evening, instead of at random. Consistent account behavior gets seen. Random behavior gets buried.

Volume set per account

A standard account posts six to eight vehicles a day. A strong account goes to eight to twelve. A struggling account drops to three to five until it recovers. The cap follows the account, not a quota.

Refreshed, not spammed

Listings are refreshed every seven days by updating photos, price, or description. The same vehicle is never reposted back to back, the same groups are never spammed, and prices and details have to be accurate.

Answered in the first hour

Early replies keep a listing showing in feeds. The assistant answers instantly and a real salesperson takes the conversation over quickly.

Real photos only

Generic stock images are filtered out so listings show the actual vehicle. Dealership branding and license plate handling on images are optional settings.

Managers can check the work

Listings posted, posting windows followed, response times, group sharing, and weekly conversations, appointments, and sales are all reviewable. Distribution can be paused at any time.

What a healthy Marketplace account is aimed at each month

120 to 200
buyer conversations a month
30 to 40
appointments set
15 to 25
showroom visits
5 to 10
vehicles sold from Marketplace

These are operating targets we work toward, not results reported by a dealership.

Advertising compliance

Every listing is written to the FTC standard and your state rules.

All-in pricing is the federal enforcement standard, and the states add their own requirements on top. Pick your state to see what a listing has to say.

FTC enforcement update, March 2026

The FTC sent warning letters to 97 auto dealership groups on March 13, 2026. The CARS Rule was vacated in January 2025, but Section 5 of the FTC Act is fully in force, and all-in pricing is the federal enforcement standard.

Required in every listing, all 50 states

  • Accurate year, make, model, trim, mileage, VIN, and availability
  • All-in advertised price that includes every mandatory fee, with taxes and title excluded only
  • The advertised price must match the price actually charged
  • Conditional rebates must disclose their eligibility requirements
  • If finance terms are advertised: APR, term, monthly payment, down payment, and total of payments
  • The dealership name must appear on the listing
  • Add-on products and fees cannot be hidden or added after the listing
  • No bait and switch. The advertised vehicle must be available at the advertised price

Never used in a listing

  • Guaranteed Approval or Everyone Approved
  • No Credit Check
  • $0 Down without full financing terms disclosed
  • Lowest Price Guaranteed without qualification
  • Free without the conditions clearly stated
  • Fake or inflated MSRP discounts
  • Pricing that requires dealer financing to achieve
  • Hidden doc fees, processing fees, or add-ons left out of the advertised price

Your state rules

State requirements apply on top of the federal baseline above.

California

Very high enforcement risk

Required disclosures

  • All-in advertised price (mandatory fees included; taxes/title excluded only)
  • VIN or license plate identifier on every listing
  • Dealer name and license number
  • Conditional rebate disclosures (must state availability restrictions)
  • Finance/lease APR, term, monthly payment, total amount payable
  • Add-on products must be itemized and labeled as optional
  • Used vehicle: 10-day right of cancellation disclosure (CA CARS Act, effective Oct 1, 2026)

Prohibited in California

  • Guaranteed Approval
  • Everyone Approved
  • No Credit Check
  • Lowest Price Guaranteed
  • $0 Down (without full terms)
  • Free (without conditions stated)

CA CARS Act (SB 766) takes effect Oct 1, 2026. Highest enforcement risk in the country. FTC actively pursuing CA dealers.

Checked before a car posts

  • All-in price validation runs before publish, with mandatory fees confirmed included
  • VIN verified and matched to the correct year, make, model, and mileage
  • Dealer name and license number present in the listing
  • No prohibited trigger phrases in the title or description
  • Rebate eligibility disclosed whenever the price includes a rebate
  • Finance disclosures present whenever a payment is advertised

The record we keep

  • Every listing is timestamped and version stored at the moment it publishes
  • The price at the time of posting is logged and locked
  • Any edit to a live listing triggers a new compliance validation
  • Listing history is retained for at least 24 months

State rules change often. Dealerships in the highest risk states should have automotive advertising counsel review current listings.

Publishing is only the beginning

Every listing has a visible operational state.

  • Ready

Vehicle passed validation and is eligible for the configured workflow.

  • Queued

Listing is waiting for an approved account, schedule, or volume window.

  • Published

Listing is live and connected to its vehicle, account, rep, and source.

  • Update Pending

Vehicle details changed and require synchronization.

  • Attention Required

A field, policy, account, or channel issue requires review.

  • Paused

Distribution stopped by dealership rule, system health, or operator action.

  • Sold or Removed

The vehicle is no longer available and removal is being tracked.

  • Expired

The listing reached its channel lifecycle limit and requires an approved next step.

Every status change creates an event with a source, timestamp, owner, result, and recovery path.

Control before scale

Know when distribution is healthy, and when to stop.

Quantum monitors the operational conditions around each configured account and channel workflow. When a material problem appears, the system can pause affected work instead of continuing silently.

Quantum does not use automation to bypass platform access controls. Every deployment must follow the dealership’s authorization and the channel’s permitted operating method.

The opportunity starts with context

Every buyer message stays connected to the vehicle that created it.

Quantum captures the source and context required to continue the opportunity without forcing the buyer or salesperson to start over.

From inquiry to conversation

The buyer should not have to repeat the vehicle they asked about.

When an inquiry enters Quantum, Hannah receives the approved vehicle context, dealership rules, conversation history, response authority, and current human ownership state.

Hannah may

  • Acknowledge the inquiry
  • Confirm the vehicle of interest
  • Answer verified vehicle questions
  • Understand timing and needs
  • Offer approved alternatives
  • Request the next useful detail
  • Schedule a verified appointment
  • Escalate uncertainty to a human

Durable facts return to the CRM

Marketplace activity becomes dealership record, not a disconnected transcript.

Quantum writes authorized opportunity facts back through the available dealer-approved connection.

  • Appointment status
  • Buyer preferences
  • Human handoff
  • Consent or opt-out

  • Verified outcome

Every write is timestamped, attributable, idempotent, retryable, and reconciled. If a write fails, Quantum records the failure and follows the approved recovery path rather than pretending the update succeeded.
