Quantum working session

Map one real dealership opportunity from demand to outcome.

Bring your current inventory source, lead channel, CRM, communication tools, and human handoff process. In 45 minutes, we will identify where the workflow breaks, how Quantum would connect, and what a controlled pilot should prove.

No generic AI presentation. No replacement pitch. One operational workflow mapped against your current systems.

Your current environment

The session is more useful when we start with what already exists.

Bring or be ready to describe:

  • Dealership or dealer group
  • Number of rooftops
  • CRM
  • DMS and IMS
  • Inventory feed
  • Lead sources
  • Voice and messaging providers
  • Calendar or appointment process
  • Sales team structure
  • Current AI or automation tools
  • Human handoff process
  • Primary operational problem
  • One measurable outcome

Do not send customer records, credentials, API keys, or confidential data through the booking form.

What we will do

Leave with a map, not another sales deck.

  1. Minutes 0-10

    Current Workflow

Map inventory, inquiry, response, qualification, ownership, appointment, follow-up, CRM activity, and outcome.

  2. Minutes 10-20

    Failure Points

Identify stale data, response gaps, duplicate outreach, unclear ownership, disconnected activity, and missing writeback.

  3. Minutes 20-30

    Quantum Architecture

Show where Marketplace Engine, Hannah, CRM Intelligence, Coach, connectors, and policy controls fit.

  4. Minutes 30-40

    Pilot Design

Choose one rooftop, one source, one CRM path, one team, one workflow, and one measurable result.

  5. Minutes 40-45

    Decision and Next Step

Confirm access requirements, owners, timeline, evidence standard, and whether a pilot is appropriate.

Start with the most important workflow

Choose your working session.

Marketplace Engine

Map inventory feed, listing lifecycle, account controls, inquiry attribution, Hannah response, and CRM destination.

Hannah

Map voice/chat response, qualification, appointments, consent, human handoff, rescue, and CRM activity.

CRM Intelligence

Map official CRM state, dealer authorization, read/write needs, ownership, events, reconciliation, and audit.

Sales Coach

Map opportunity evidence, rep delivery, dealership playbooks, next-best action, manager escalation, and outcome learning.

Full Platform

Map the complete inventory-to-outcome architecture across all four modules.

After the session

A practical first-step recommendation.

When appropriate, Quantum will provide:

  1. Current-state workflow summary
  2. Proposed Quantum architecture
  3. Required systems and permissions
  4. Connection options
  5. Human-AI ownership model
  6. Pilot scope
  7. Success metrics
  8. Known dependencies
  9. Risk and assumption list
  10. Recommended next decision

A working session does not guarantee technical feasibility, vendor access, deployment timing, or business outcome. Those are validated during discovery and implementation.

One complete opportunity

Demonstrate the system working together, not isolated AI tricks.

  1. 01Inventory enters Quantum
  2. 02Vehicle becomes eligible
  3. 03Buyer inquiry arrives
  4. 04Identity is resolved
  5. 05Hannah responds
  6. 06Buyer is qualified
  7. 07Appointment is requested
  8. 08Human accepts ownership
  9. 09Coach recommends the next move
  10. 10CRM write is confirmed

  12. 12Audit timeline is reviewed

All demonstration dealership, buyer, employee, inventory, CRM, and outcome data is illustrative unless explicitly identified as an approved customer case study.

Questions

Working session FAQ.

Is this a sales demo?+

It is a working session. Quantum will show the relevant product flow, but the purpose is to map one real operating problem and determine whether a controlled deployment makes sense.

Who should attend?+

A dealership operator, sales or BDC leader, CRM/process owner, and technical or security stakeholder when integration is part of the discussion.

Do I need technical documentation?+

No. Bring what you know. Quantum will identify which technical, legal, security, and vendor questions require follow-up.

Can I provide CRM credentials during the meeting?+

No. Credentials and production access must use an approved implementation process.

Will you show a live customer account?+

No, unless the customer has explicitly authorized that use. Standard demos use illustrative data.

What happens next?+

If there is a fit, Quantum will define discovery, authorization, implementation, pilot, measurement, and decision steps.

Start with one workflow

Bring the dealership process that keeps breaking.

We will map who owns it, which systems are involved, what Quantum may do, and how the outcome should be measured.

One workflow. One controlled proof. One accountable result.
